Elstar Van Vliet

Elstar van Vliet is a bright red mutant of the Elstar variety and a Red Elstar clone. The apple is medium sized and has a slightly more intense red blush than Elstar. It has an excellent aroma and sugar/acidity balance. Its flavour profile is highly appreciated by many consumers. It is an excellent quality apple. Elstar van Vliet is a medium term ripening variety.
