Salsa
Salsa is a late June-bearing strawberry variety that starts producing seven to ten days after Elsanta. Salsa is very productive and suitable to continue providing the market with strawberries after the regular outdoor season. Salsa is extremely suitable for “pick your own” companies. The fruit skin is sensitive to damage due to pressure and thus the variety is less suitable for selling via the classic supermarket chain.
Salsa produces big to very big, often grooved conical fruits with an upright crown. The fruits are orange red, juicy and have a good strawberry aroma.
